Valeria Martinez is a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, committed to helping organizations undergo large-scale business transformations. With her strong experience in strategic people operations, Valeria has supported aggressive business growth and development strategies across the media, technology and consumer products sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte, Valeria graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in management and marketing. Valeria grew up surrounded by Mariachi music, singing and playing the violin at a very young age and serving as the lead vocalist for USC’s Mariachi Sur de California. Valeria believes the arts play a huge role in the development and self-expression of children, and is thrilled to be a member of the LAMusArt’s Young Professionals Advisory Board to support access to the arts within the local community.
