Arturo Gonzalez graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts & Dance with an emphasis in dance from California State University Los Angeles. He is passionate about encouraging creativity in the arts and cultivating a diverse enrichment environment. Arturo is also a faculty member at the LAUSD Performing Arts Community School and pursuing his Teaching Credential in Physical Education. "I believe young people who receive a well-rounded education, which includes the arts, are given the tools they need to achieve their full potential and to help strengthen their communities." Arturo is very excited to share his knowledge and love for the arts with the students at LAMusArt!
